Visual Designer - Global Specialty Fulfillment
The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) Content Development & Strategy team is seeking a talented Visual Designer to define the vision for the design of digital and physical assets for learning content, communications, programming, and signage.
These content pillars will provide a consistent experience for Associates and Leaders in the GSF businesses.
Key Responsibilities Create customer-centric designs that can be used across multiple content channels:
Under-the-roof physical signage, communications, learning content, and video programming Drive design process improvements to improve organization efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product managers, learning experience designers, program managers) to develop graphic solutions that simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences Facilitate scoping meetings with subject matter experts and technical project leads Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Works with management or stakeholders to drive design schedule Own intake process to organize cross-team workflow.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
