This is a super flexible little combo amp. By itself, it delivers 120W RMS and a nicely-balanced tonal response into two of PJB's lightweight 5" Chrome Dome neo speakers. Plugging in a Phil Jones C2, C4 or C8 cab doubles the wattage to 240W RMS, giving you the power to keep up with a drummer in rehearsal and even making a fantastic compact stage rig. A dedicated output for the PJB Ear Box is also helpful for environments where you need some extra clarity up at ear level on a loud stage. Front and center on the control panel is a powerful 5-band EQ section that lets you dial in every nuance of your bass. The Lo Bass control is perfectly tailored to a low B string. The preamp handles 5- and 6-string instruments with ease and feeds the XLR DI out for sending signal to FOH or to your recording interface.The Bass Cub Pro's aux input and headphone out are perfect for practice sessions, so you can blend in play-along material and/or go silent when the neighbors go to be.
